Packages
We provide several packages enhancing the steam Server with some all new features. To install packages just download the package you need as .spm file from the download page of the specific package and install it on your steam server.
To install a package you need to log in as root (root is needed for that, an other admin account is not enough, it must be root) and go to "/packages".
Now you have the option to upload new packages (feel free to upload the package, during the upload nothing will be installed on your server, only the package file will be uploaded)
After uploading the package there is an "install" link right behind the uploaded package which you can use to install the package on your server.
Please note that there is no "progress bar" or something else notifying you of the process status. To monitor the installation process please take a look at the servers error log while installing the package. This is because the whole Installation is going to be processed during one http request. So please dont close your browser. Depending on the packages size the installation mostly takes some minutes to finish.
